Brian Brooks has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Brian began their career at Newbridge Networks in 2000 as a Hardware Designer. In 2001, they joined March Networks as the Engineering Services Manager, where they worked until 2009. During their time at March Networks, they played a key role in managing manufacturing operations. Since 2009, Brian has been working at Ross Video, initially as an Engineering Change Coordinator, and later transitioning to the role of Business Analyst - Information Management. In this role, they were responsible for determining requirements, managing projects, and overseeing various information systems and integrations, including Salesforce CRM and Great Plains, among others. Notably, Brian was also involved in the deployment of Salesforce.com.
Brian Brooks attended Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 1997 to 1999. Brian pursued a degree in Computer Engineering Technology and specialized in the field of Computer Engineering Technology/Technician. In addition to their degree, Brian also obtained a certification in ITIL v3 Foundation Level from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April 2015.
