Edwina Eapan

Edwina Eapan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Edwina is currently working at Ross Video as a Talent Management & Employee Experience Partner in the Corporate division. Prior to this, Edwina worked at M Moser Associates as a Workplace Design professional. Edwina also held a senior position at Dell EMC as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they provided strategic HR support and played a key role in organizational realignments and mergers and acquisitions. Edwina has also worked at Oracle as an HR Business Partner and at Infosys as a Junior Engineer.

Edwina Eapan's education history includes various qualifications in different fields. In 2020, they completed Human Resources Courses at Sheridan College, focusing on Human Resource Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Health and Safety, and Organizational Behaviour. Edwina also participated in the Human Resources Bridging Program (HR Connections - ACCES Employment) at Sheridan College, where they studied topics such as Employment Law, Canadian Legislation & Culture, Health & Safety, HR Data Analytics & Metrics, and IR.

In 2006, Edwina earned a PGDM degree from the Mats Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship, specializing in Business Administration with dual specializations in Human Resources and Marketing. Edwina then obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Christ University, Bangalore, in 2005.

Edwina expanded their skill set in 2015 by completing a Diploma in Interior Design at the JD Institute of Fashion Technology.

In terms of additional certifications, Edwina obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in August 2021. Prior to that, they earned a certification in Foursight Creative Problem Solving and Innovation Mindset from Triple Scoop Consulting Inc in June 2020.
