Eliza Moore

Eliza Moore has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Software Developer at Ross Video. Prior to that, in 2018, they were an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Carleton University, where they provided help to students and graded assignments for an intro to computer science class. From 2012 to 2018, Eliza worked as a Skating Coach for the Glen Cairn Skating Club, coaching the CanSkate/learn-to-skate program and giving private figure skating lessons. In 2017, they worked briefly as an Aerie Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. In 2016, Eliza had a student internship at the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Ottawa Model for Smoking Cessation.

Eliza Moore has a diverse education history with a focus in computer science and software engineering. Eliza obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa from 2013 to 2017. In 2017, they enrolled at Carleton University where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science with a concentration in Software Engineering, which they completed in 2021. During their time at Carleton University, Eliza also completed a web development program at Lighthouse Labs in 2018. Additionally, Eliza took an online course called "Harvard CS50x: Intro to Computer Science" through edX in 2017. Apart from their academic education, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Regional Coach in Figure Skating from Skate Canada in August 2017.
