Jessica Alberga

Jessica Alberga has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Jessica is currently working as a Technical Writer at Ross Video since June 2022. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Writer from April 2020 to June 2022, writing for various clients. Jessica also worked as a Freelance Writer at CityNews Ottawa from June 2021 to April 2022. Earlier in their career, they were a Journalism Intern at Ottawa Business Journal in 2020. Jessica also worked as a Content Writer at Algonquin College from September 2019 to April 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Writer at Glue Ottawa from January 2019 to February 2020. In the years preceding that, they held the position of Senior Editor at The Algonquin Times from January 2018 to December 2019. Jessica's earliest work experience was as a Customer Service Representative at Hertz from August 2012 to September 2014.

Jessica Alberga began their education in 2018 at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where they studied journalism. Jessica attended this institution until 2020. Following their time at Algonquin College, Jessica pursued an Honours Bachelor degree in Digital Journalism at the University of Ottawa, where they are expected to graduate in 2022.
