Laxton Yeo has extensive experience in the broadcast industry, with a focus on technical support and service delivery. Laxton began their career at Avid Technology as a Product Specialist, where they provided expertise in broadcast solutions. Laxton then moved to Techtel as a Technical Support Manager, overseeing the support operations.

Laxton joined Ross Video in 2011 as an APAC Regional Technical Support Manager, responsible for managing a team of support specialists and providing technical assistance to customers. Laxton also played a role in sales opportunities and scoping technical solutions for customer requirements.

In 2015, Laxton joined Blackmagic Design as a Technical Director in Asia. In this role, they managed a team of support engineers and pre/post-sales specialists, designing and implementing streamlined work processes and strategies.

Laxton returned to Ross Video in 2018, first as a Senior Technical Support Manager for the APAC region. Laxton ensured the execution of service delivery strategies and worked closely with the sales team to align service delivery with customer requirements. Laxton then took on the role of Director of Services, APAC, where they led the service delivery organization and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

Throughout their career, Laxton has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer advocacy skills. Laxton is adept at building and motivating teams, optimizing support systems and workflows, and driving improvements based on data metrics.

Laxton Yeo attended Nanyang Technological University in Singapore from 2000 to 2004, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering.
