Lee Stafford

Lee Stafford's work experience includes roles at Ross Video, Amazon, and PSAV.

At Ross Video, Lee worked as a Solutions Architect starting in October 2021. In this role, Lee contributed to sales opportunities, scoped technical solutions based on customer requirements, and developed project plans.

Prior to joining Ross Video, Lee worked at Amazon from 2016 to 2021. Lee's roles at Amazon included working as an Event System Engineer II and as a Lead Technical Director for Off Campus Events. As an Event System Engineer II, Lee designed and maintained technical systems for the Event Production organization. Lee also acted as the engineer in charge during high-profile events. As a Lead Technical Director, Lee was deeply involved in the pre-production, operation, and post-production of domestic and international Amazon events, acted as the technical point of contact, and supported live streamed events with over 1 million viewers.

Before joining Amazon, Lee worked at PSAV from 2014 to 2016 as a Lead AV Technician. In this role, Lee led a team of technicians to execute event set-up, operation, and strike at various venues and hotels in the Seattle area.

Overall, Lee Stafford has experience in solutions architecture, technical system design and maintenance, event pre-production and production, and live events operations.

Lee Stafford attended Whatcom Community College from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Transfer Degree. They then went on to study at Western Washington University from 2012 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication/Audio Technology.
