Mihir Patel

Mihir Patel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mihir is currently employed as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist at Ross Video since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Microart Services Inc. as a Quality Technologist/Supervisor from May 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they had a role as a Quality Control (Certified IPC Specialist) at Vexos Markham from December 2020 to April 2021. In 2020, they served as a Lean Project Leader at Kingsville Stamping Limited, where they successfully improved the automation process and reduced downtime and inspection time. Their longest tenure was at Shreeji Industries, where they held various positions. From April 2018 to March 2019, they worked as an Operations Manager, where they analyzed business processes and identified areas of improvement. From April 2017 to April 2018, they were a Process Quality Engineer. Additionally, in 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Shreeji Industries, where they created designs, conducted analysis, and upgraded existing designs using customer feedback and data.

Mihir Patel completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Gujarat Technological University from 2013 to 2017. Mihir then pursued a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Windsor from 2019 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they obtained various certifications including Certified IPC Specialist from IPC in March 2021, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in February 2021. Mihir also completed AutoCAD Mechanical Essential Training, Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP®), and Six Sigma: Black Belt certifications from LinkedIn in August 2020.
