Randy Magadan

Randy Magadan has extensive experience in technical support, spanning multiple companies and roles. Their most recent position was as a Technical Support Specialist at Ross Video, where they began in May 2020. Prior to that, Randy worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Blackmagic Design from March 2015 to April 2020. Before joining Blackmagic Design, they served as a Technical Support Engineer at Digital Media Incorporated from November 2010 to June 2014. Randy's career in technical support began at Bayan Telecommunications, where they worked as a Technical Support Representative from September 2007 to July 2010.

Randy Magadan completed their Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communication Engineering from AMA Computer University, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Randy also obtained several certifications, including UN422: Avid Unity ISIS ACSR, WG112: Avid Networking, WG213: Avid Interplay System Admin, and WG433: Avid Interplay ACSR. These certifications were obtained from Asia Pacific Education Centre, AVID Singapore, in April 2011. Randy also received a certification as an Electronic and Communication Engineer from the Professional Regulation Commission in November 2006. Moreover, Randy obtained certifications in networking basics and routers and routing basics from the CISCO Networking Academy Program in May 2005.
