Tara Drader has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Sales Operations Specialist at Ross Video since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Assistant Manager and Coordinator for the Education & Gold Seal Certification Program at the Canadian Construction Association. In 2020, they were a Marketing Specialist at MacEwen Petroleum Inc. and a Freelance Marketing Consultant. Before that, Tara worked as a Marketing Specialist and Coordinator at CAA North & East Ontario. Tara also has experience as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Manderley Turf Products Inc. In 2016, they worked briefly as a Customer Support Guru at Shopify and from 2015 to 2016, they served as an Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator at CC Pines/CCP Remedial.

Tara Drader's education history includes a degree in Business Marketing (Honours) from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, which they pursued from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, in 2012, they attended Sydney College of Makeup Art where they gained knowledge and expertise in Makeup Artistry as a Make-Up Artist/Specialist.
