Melissa Zell

Melissa Zell has a diverse work experience in human resources. Melissa is currently the Director of Human Resources for Rosti Group since August 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Milwaukee Electronics from October 2021 to October 2022. Melissa also worked at API Heat Transfer, where they served as the Director of Human Resources Operations, North America from January 2020 to November 2021, and previously as the Corporate Human Resources Manager from March 2018 to January 2020. Melissa has earlier experience as a Senior HR Generalist at Carlisle Interconnect Technologies from June 2015 to March 2018. Melissa also has experience with JX Enterprises, where they worked as a Talent Development Manager from July 2014 to May 2015, and prior to that as a Senior Human Resource Generalist from March 2011 to July 2014. Melissa started their career as a Human Resource Generalist at Palermos Pizza from July 2009 to March 2011, and before that, they worked as a Training and Development Manager and HR Generalist at GKN Sinter Metals from March 2008 to December 2008 and from November 2006 to March 2008 respectively.

Melissa Zell completed their MBA in Business Management and HR Management from Upper Iowa University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Human Resource Management from Ottawa University.
