Andrew Wilby

Andrew Wilby has over 15 years of work experience in user experience design. Andrew has held various roles in different companies, including RotaCloud, Answer Digital, Aviva, Simpleis... Usability, HSBC, Bupa, Freestyle Interactive Ltd, Standard Life, and Kingston Communications. Andrew's responsibilities have included leading and managing design teams, conducting user research, creating personas and user journeys, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve the user experience of digital products and services.

Andrew Wilby obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Hull, where they studied Digital Commerce, Web Design, and IT from 2000 to 2003.
