Pamela Hinds

Pamela Hinds has worked as Head of People at RotaCloud since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance HR Consultant from July 2021 to February 2022. Between August 2019 and July 2021, they took a career break for maternity leave. Before their career break, Pamela worked as HR Director at Bytemark from November 2017 to July 2019, and as HR Manager from January 2015 to October 2017. Pamela started their career at McArthurGlen Group in January 2005, where they held the positions of Operations Manager and Duty Manager until December 2014.

Pamela Hinds completed a Level 5 - Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services at CIPD Qualifications from 2016 to 2017. Pamela then pursued Coaching & Mentoring studies at the Institute of Leadership & Management from 2017 onwards.
