Abdullah Alharthy

Abdullah Alharthy has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Abdullah is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. Prior to this, they held the position of Cluster Director of Human Resources at both Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina and Emaar, The Economic City. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Hilton. Abdullah also gained valuable experience as an Assistant HR Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and as the Head of Credit Section at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG™). Abdullah started their career as an Admin & HR Coordinator and later served as an Admin & HR Manager at Al Sawani Group, where they were responsible for overseeing the administrative and HR functions of over 500 shops and 4200 employees. Abdullah also has volunteer experience as an Admin & Finance Manager for the Saudi Student Club in Auckland, New Zealand.

Abdullah Alharthy's education history includes a high diploma in marketing from Technical College in Jeddah, which was completed from 2001 to 2003. Abdullah then pursued a bachelor's degree in Business Information System from Auckland University of Technology, which they completed from 2011 to 2013. In 2022, they obtained an associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Les Roches. In 2023, they completed an Executive Hospitality Managerial Course at the University of Essex.
