Ruth Mateo CFSP has a strong background in foodservice consulting and project management. Ruth has worked with various global architectural firms and hotel operators, leading projects across the Middle East and Asia. Ruth has over 20 years of experience in commercial kitchen and laundry design, and has developed effective relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ruth served as the Director of Design, Food & Beverage at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, and previously held positions as a Senior Project Manager at Forsite Creative, a Project Director at Tricon Foodservice Consultants Ltd, and a Project Manager at MCTS. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Kitchen Consultant, contributing as an Architect, Kitchen Designer, and Project Manager.

Ruth Mateo CFSP holds a degree in BS Architecture and Planning from Mapúa University.
