Mathilde Neel

Mathilde Neel is an experienced R&D manager with a strong background in materials science and engineering. Currently serving as R&D Manager in the Material Department at ROTAREX since July 2016, Mathilde oversees material specifications, develops a comprehensive database, and leads the material laboratory while addressing customer inquiries and material non-conformities. Previous roles include Product Manager at Pevor/Astrotech, where Mathilde focused on technical leadership in elastomers and innovation, and R&D Group Leader at Prévor, specializing in environmental materials. Mathilde has authored several patents, published research, and is equipped with degrees in physics, chemistry, and biological engineering from prestigious institutions including ESPCI and Paris-Sud University, along with executive education in strategy from HEC Paris.
