Jeremy Hurst

Jeremy Hurst is a prominent real estate professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the industry. As the Founder, President, and Broker/Owner of IRG - International Realty Group Ltd. since June 1994, Jeremy has established the company as the leading provider of integrated real estate and relocation services in the Cayman Islands. In addition to this role, Jeremy serves as a Partner at CityVest Cayman Islands and President of CayCuba Investment Strategies Ltd. In leadership positions such as Rotary International Director (2022-24) and Chair of the HANWASH Steering Committee, Jeremy demonstrates a commitment to service and community. Furthermore, Jeremy holds the title of Global Advisory Board Chair for Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and previously served as Past President of the Cayman Islands Real Estate Brokers Association (CIREBA). Early career experience includes serving as the Sales and Marketing Director at Sotheby's RC Bodden Realty. Jeremy earned a BSc. Hons in Land Development Studies from UCL from 1979 to 1982.
