Jessica F. Cobbs

Jessica F. Cobbs currently serves as a Regional Grants Officer for South Asia at Rotary International, where consultative support and training are provided to volunteer members in designing sustainable community projects. Previous experience includes roles such as a Grade 4 Classroom Teacher at Shanghai American School and Grade 5 Homeroom Teacher at Shanghai Jincai International School, managing diverse classrooms and developing engaging curricula. Jessica also taught English and American culture at the International Institute in Spain and worked with English Language Learners at Gabriela Mistral Bilingual Primary School. Prior roles included serving as a Housing Counselor at the Latin United Community Housing Association and involvement in various programs with Rotary International, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing strategic grant programs and supporting humanitarian efforts. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has studied Spanish language and Latin American culture in Costa Rica and Mexico.
