Jody Swanson Bed

Jody Swanson BEd, CAIB, RIBO, LLQP is an experienced professional currently serving as the Elected Metis Director for the St. Albert Sturgeon Metis Local 1904, a position held since December 2024, and as a Risk Management & Insurance Advisor for the City of St. Albert since January 2020. With a robust background in the insurance sector, Jody has held multiple roles, including Indigenous Voices Canada Leader at HUB International Canada and Senior Risk Advisor at Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers Ltd. Additionally, Jody has contributed to Rotary International, serving as Board Chair for the District 5370 Learning & Development Committee and as Past President of the Rotary Club of St Albert. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta and a Diploma with Honours from Edwin Parr Composite School.
