Mac Steele

Mac Steele, SHRM-CP, CPTD, serves as the Global Total Rewards Manager at Rotary International since November 2015, overseeing global compensation strategies across eight locations and supporting leadership in communication and culture. Previously, Mac held various roles within Rotary, including Global People & Culture Manager, where successful enterprise-wide change management initiatives were implemented. As an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University and Roosevelt University, Mac co-led and taught mediation and conflict resolution courses to diverse professionals. With a background in development and communications management for non-profits like Equip for Equality and extensive volunteer management experience with Center for Conflict Resolution, Mac has cultivated expertise in organizational development and conflict resolution, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Bachelor's in Arts Administration from Western Michigan University.
