Dor Tal is currently the Chief Scientist at ROTEC - Reverse Osmosis Technologies and a College Lecturer at Ruppin Academic Center, specializing in Marine Structures and Desalination Technology. With previous experience as a Research And Development Scientist at Bazelet Group and Vice CTO at OMIS Water Ltd, Dor has a strong background in process engineering, R&D, and operation of large desalination systems. As a Formulation Engineer at TheraCoat Ltd, Dor conducted research and formulation work. Dor holds a Pre-Ph.D thesis in Environmental Science, a Master's degree in Marine Sciences, and a B.Sc in Biotechnology & Environment Science.
