Chad Cline

Chad Cline has over a decade of experience in healthcare management, primarily as the Senior Director of Field Operations at Rotech Healthcare from June 2012 to July 2023, where responsibilities included fleet management and asset recovery alongside overseeing after-hours call center operations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Training at Rotech Healthcare, supervising a team of twelve trainers for 4,000 employees across multiple international facilities and implementing a new Learning Management System. Chad served as an Adjunct Professor at Warner University, instructing long-distance courses on Community and Public Health, and held roles as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M Health Science Center and Texas A&M University, focusing on clinical workflows and health trend research respectively. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Health Policy & Management from Texas A&M Health Science Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Motel Administration from Oklahoma State University.
