Yana Novoselsky

Yana Novoselsky has extensive experience in procurement, currently serving as Head of Procurement at Rotem Industries since May 2021, where a centralized cross-company procurement department was established and managed, overseeing both direct and indirect procurement. Prior to this role, Yana was Procurement Manager at Wavelength Pharmaceuticals from October 2017 to May 2021, responsible for all indirect procurement activities including technical purchases and operational services. Earlier experience includes positions at Perrigo as Technical Purchase Manager and Contracts Manager, focusing on technical procurement and contract management, and at Metal Tech Ltd as Head of Procurement Department, handling investment and technical purchasing along with team management. Yana holds both an MA and a BA in Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
