Lydia Ganac has extensive experience in payroll and financial operations. Lydia began their career at Southland Data Processing, Inc. where they held various roles, including Director of Operations, Operations Coordinator, and Payroll/Implementation Specialist. During their time at Southland Data Processing, Lydia gained over 15 years of experience in payroll, tax, HR, and benefits. Lydia then moved on to The Workforce Companies where they served as the CFO, overseeing all financial operations and driving revenue and profitability. Lydia also worked at Roth Staffing as the Director of Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment distribution to employees and compliance with laws. Additionally, they have served in leadership roles on the Board of Directors for Los Osos Wrestling Booster Club, Crossroads, Inc., and is currently the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Crossroads, Inc. Overall, Lydia has a strong background in payroll management and financial operations.

Lydia Ganac, CPP, completed their Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy at the University of St La Salle from 1992 to 1996.
