Tim Gorman

Tim Gorman has extensive experience in the staffing industry. Tim started their career as a Group Vice President at Spherion in 1994 and worked there until 2007. Afterward, they joined Roth Staffing Companies, L.P. as a Regional Vice President from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they worked at alliantgroup as a Director from 2012 to 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Strategic Solutions at Roth Staffing, a role they have been in since 2014. In this position, they support organizations with large-scale workforce needs by developing their staffing infrastructure and creating customized employment solutions.

Tim Gorman attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Corporate Communications.
