Lisa Juhlke has a diverse work experience in the staffing industry. Lisa currently works as a Director of Strategic Solutions at Roth Staffing, where they support organizations with large-scale workforce needs and customizes employment solutions based on their requirements. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Remedy Intelligent Staffing for 8 years, first as an Account Executive and then as a Regional Sales Director. Lisa also has experience at Randstad USA, where they held various roles including Area Vice President, Sr. Branch Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Staffing Consultant. In these positions, they managed teams, recruited and hired new employees, coached and developed staff, and managed branch and district performance. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated a strong understanding of the staffing industry and a commitment to achieving profitable growth for their organizations.

Lisa Juhlke completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, and Spanish at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2001 to 2006. In February 2022, they obtained the Technical Services Certified (TSC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certifications from the American Staffing Association.
