Cindy Hendershot has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Cindy is currently the President and Business Development Director at Rothe Enterprises Inc since November 2020. Prior to that, they were the Owner of CKH Strategic Solutions starting from 2013.
In their previous roles, Cindy worked at Raytheon Technical Services Company, LLC as the Commercial Programs Development Manager from January 2011 to July 2013. During this time, they successfully established partnerships, captured numerous projects, and created commercialization concepts and integration methodologies.
Cindy also had a long tenure at Raytheon Technical Services Company, starting from 1996 where they served as a Program Manager for Aerospace and Defense programs. Cindy was responsible for managing multiple programs and growing contracts. From 2001 to 2010, they worked as a Capture Manager and Program Area Manager, overseeing major pursuits and managing program areas.
Before joining Raytheon, Cindy held positions at Hughes Training as an Engineering Program Manager from 1992 to 1996, at CAE-Link as an Engineering Project Manager from 1988 to 1992, and at Link Flight Simulation as an Engineering Project Manager from 1985 to 1988. Cindy started their career at Singer Link Flight Simulation as a System Engineer and Engineering Lead from 1978 to 1985.
Cindy Hendershot obtained a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University in 2014. Cindy also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Georgia. In 2023, they became a board member of the Johnson Space Center Small Business Council at NASA.
