Jenny Horton

Jenny Horton serves as the Head of Compliance Assurance at Rothesay since February 2023. Prior experience includes a role in Operational Risk Management at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, where responsibilities encompassed developing risk frameworks and enhancing risk identification processes. Previously, Jenny held various positions at Metro Bank (UK) from 2010 to 2022, culminating as Risk Assurance Manager, focusing on compliance culture and regulatory risk. Earlier roles included Compliance Manager, where Jenny provided compliance oversight and improved operational procedures, as well as leadership positions as Retail Quality Manager and Store Manager, driving team performance and adherence to regulatory standards. Jenny holds a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association and a Diploma in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Conestoga College.
