Kaan Dikmen is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and consulting, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Portfolio Operations Group at Rothschild & Co since April 2024. As the owner of Kaan Dikmen Consulting Limited since July 2018, Kaan Dikmen has focused on the European software industry, facilitating connections between founders, business owners, private capital, and professional managers, while supporting top private equity investors in nurturing European software businesses to achieve international success. Previously, Kaan Dikmen held various roles at Skillcapital from June 2010 to July 2018, advancing from Associate to Principal. Kaan Dikmen's early career includes research and analytical roles at The London School of Economics and Political Science, contributing to major studies alongside leading universities and firms. Kaan Dikmen holds an MSc in International Political Economy from LSE and a BA in International Relations and Politics from the University of Essex, along with an International Baccalaureate from the Istanbul International Community School.
