Caroline Swierszczyk

Caroline Swierszczyk is a highly experienced design professional in the footwear industry, currently serving as the Design Director for Women's Footwear at Rothy's since April 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Design Director for Footwear & Accessories at Everlane from June 2019 to November 2020 and was the Design Director for Women's Lifestyle Footwear at Cole Haan between October 2013 and May 2018. At Cole Haan, Caroline led the strategy and development of women's sport-casual lines, including notable franchises such as ØriginalGrand and Zerøgrand. Earlier in the career, Caroline worked in various design roles at Coach and Dessous by Sophie Simmons, gaining valuable skills in product design and production management. Caroline began the professional journey with a BFA in Communication Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design.
