Leah Bigonger

Leah Bigonger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in office management, community engagement, and project coordination. Currently serving as the Community and Workplace Manager Team Lead at Rothy's since January 2022, Leah previously held significant roles such as Office Manager at The Climate Corporation, where notable achievements included managing a 30,000 square foot office remodel and enhancing company culture. Previous experience includes office management at Nanigans and advertising operations coordination at Zillow, showcasing a strong background in operations, event planning, and cross-functional teamwork. Leah began a career in the entertainment industry as an Executive Assistant at Entertainment Media Ventures and as an Agent Assistant at APA Talent and Literary Agency, demonstrating a solid foundation in client relations and project management. Leah holds a B.A. in Drama and Film and Media Studies from UC Irvine.
