Marco Nikolay

Marco Nikolay has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marco started their career as an Assistent Key Account Management at Nokia in 1999 and later served in various marketing roles at the company. In 2011, they founded and served as the CEO of Butch GmbH. Marco also worked as an Interim-Manager at Hedwig Bollhagen Werkstätten für Keramik in 2015. From 2007 to 2016, they served as Managing Director at Die Gefährten GmbH. Marco then took on the role of Managing Director (DE/DK) at MISTER MINIT Europe from 2016 to 2019. Currently, they are the Managing Director of SPARQ at Rotkäppchen-Mumm, where they lead innovative approaches in the D2C business unit. Additionally, they hold leadership positions as Geschäftsführer at Ludwig von Kapff GmbH and Club of Wine, where they are responsible for Ruyter & Ast Weingesellschaft. Marco Nikolay earned a Diplom-Kaufmann (FH) degree in Wirtschaft & Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management. Prior to that, they attended Westfälische Hochschule Gelsenkirchen, Bocholt, Recklinghausen for an unspecified period and the University of Duisburg-Essen for one year, both in the field of business administration.
