International Key Account Manager (KAM) at Rotor Bike Components

Ruth Saiz Bailador has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ruth started their career as an intern at Trasmediterranea, where they worked as an on-board hostess on a ship travelling between Cadiz and the Canary Islands. Ruth then worked as a team leader at the Celtic Manor Resort, a golf-centric hotel and leisure resort in Newport, Wales. Ruth later joined RCI, a provider of business and consumer services, as a sales agent, where they excelled and became the top sales agent in the worldwide property exchange market.

In 2006, Ruth worked at A.P. Moller - Maersk, the largest container shipping company in the world, in their Equipment Management Headquarters. Ruth then moved on to AND1 Sporting Goods, where they served as an International Key Account Manager, specializing in footwear and apparel for basketball players.

In 2011, Ruth returned to Rotor Bike Components as an International Key Account Manager, responsible for increasing profit margins by negotiating with forwarding companies and managing shipments. Ruth then founded Expórtate Bien in 2013, an outsourcing company for import-export processes in the sports goods industry.

Ruth's next role was as an Export Sales Manager at Weider Nutrition S.L., a company specializing in sports nutrition and health supplements. Ruth reported to the CEO and was responsible for analyzing and understanding key business performance indicators.

From 2020 to 2022, Ruth worked as a Business Development Manager at Fytter, a leading brand in home gym products. Ruth conducted industry research, developed business proposals, and handled distribution contracts in new areas.

Currently, Ruth is an International Key Account Manager at Rotor Bike Components, where they are involved in developing, analyzing, and understanding business metrics to support the company's aggressive growth plan.

Ruth Saiz Bailador obtained a Degree in Tourism Enterprises and Leisure from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, which they completed from 1998 to 2001. In 2005, they received a Certificate in International Commerce from the Chamber of Commerce in Madrid. Adding to their qualifications, they pursued a Master's in Marketing and Sales Management at ESIC Business & Marketing School from 2012 to 2013.
