Ida Mörtsell

Ida Mörtsell is the current Director of HR & Communication at Rottneros. Ida has held this position since July 2010. Prior to that, they were projektledare ESF-projekt PUB at Bollnäs kommun from April 2009 to July 2010. In that role, they were responsible for investigating and assessing the work ability of young people who had a weak connection to the labor market. From August 2010 to August 2014, they were the Human Resources Manager at Teleperformance Nordic, where they were responsible for a site with up to 500 employees. In that role, they were responsible for salary revisions, employee interviews, union cooperation, negotiations, rehabilitation, strategic occupational health and safety work, etc. From March 2008 to March 2009, they were the Assistant Contact Center Manager at Teleperformance Nordic.

Their manager is Lennart Eberleh, President & CEO. They work with Monica Pasanen - CFO, Ragnar Lundberg - Technical Director, and Peter Sävelin - COO.
