Damian Donesky

Damian Donesky is an experienced product designer and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Product Designer at Rough Country since August 2023 and as CEO of Donesky Fabrication and Design since July 2018, specializing in Solidworks modeling and production preparation. Additionally, Damian has been the race team owner and leader at Donesky Racing International-Team Fieroline since October 2014, overseeing race car construction, engine building, and team leadership. Previous roles include Project Designer at ASTOUND Group, Solidworks Design Engineer at Henry Pratt, and Design Engineer positions at ProTech Industries, Inc. and EYELEVEL, contributing to the design and development of retail fixtures and furniture. Damian began a career in product design at Bushwacker, Inc. from 2011 to 2016, managing projects from conception to production and demonstrating proficiency in NX and Polyworks software. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Walla Walla University.
