Alexandre Gruca

Alexandre Gruca has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Alexandre is currently the Head of Asset, Development and Property Management at Round Hill Capital since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Asset Management at the same company from September 2022 to January 2023. In 2021, Alexandre served as a Strategic Advisor at Strategic Advisory. From 2018 to 2021, they held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Strategy at Lyvly. Alexandre was also an Independent Board Member at Officiis Properties from July 2015 to November 2020. In 2015, they founded Joivy, an AI-driven recruiting platform, and served as the CEO and Co-Founder until October 2018. Prior to that, Alexandre worked as a Strategic Advisor at Strategic Advisory from 2012 to 2016. Alexandre also has extensive experience in real estate private equity, having served as a Director at Deutsche Bank from July 2004 to February 2012. Alexandre started their career as an Equity Sales Manager at Panmure Gordon in 2001. Before that, they interned as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2003.
