Joshua Fern has a diverse background in real estate development, asset management, and investment. Joshua most recently worked as a Vice President of Investment & Asset Management at Mayfield Holding and Round Hill Capital from 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Development & Acquisitions at Waypoint Residential, where they successfully oversaw the development pipeline for 3,500+ multifamily units. Joshua also has experience as a Senior Associate in Development & Asset Management at Glacier Equities, where they managed the redevelopment of a 9 building portfolio. Joshua also worked at The Moinian Group as a Senior Associate, overseeing the development and asset management of over 3,000 luxury residential units. Joshua began their career in real estate as an Associate at HUDSON, focusing on commercial leasing and investment sales. In addition, Joshua has experience in commercial and residential development, as well as commercial brokerage and property management through various internships and part-time roles.

Joshua Fern obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Real Estate from Florida State University, which they completed from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Joshua Fern has acquired several certifications related to their field. Joshua obtained a Real Estate Broker license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in April 2022. Joshua also holds a certification in Real Estate Financial Modeling from Breaking into Wall Street, obtained in October 2020. Joshua also holds a REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate – Levels I, II, & III from Real Estate Financial Modeling, obtained in January 2020. Joshua acquired an OSHA Construction Certification from the U.S. Department of Labor in 2018. Furthermore, they obtained a Real Estate Broker license from the New York State Department of State in 2017. Joshua is also proficient in using the Argus Enterprise software, certified by ARGUS Software.
