Melanie Collett

Melanie Collett has extensive work experience in asset management and debt underwriting. Melanie joined Aviva Investors in 2018 as the Head of Asset Management, leading a team of 30 people and managing a portfolio worth over £14 billion in the UK. Their responsibilities included maximizing the value of key assets, hiring and developing a skilled team, implementing smart technology solutions, and driving technological advancements in the company's assets. Prior to Aviva Investors, Melanie worked at Round Hill Capital as the Managing Director from 2015 onwards. At GE Capital, where they worked for 12 years starting in 2003, Melanie held various roles including Head of European Debt Underwriting and Head of European Debt Asset Management & Loan Workout Platform. Melanie was responsible for underwriting new debt deals, managing a $5 billion loan portfolio with a team of 13 direct reports, and building a pan-European team and infrastructure.

Melanie Collett attended Gordonstoun School from 1985 to 1990. No degree or field of study was mentioned during this period.
