Thys Heyneker

Thys brings over 13 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, asset management and finance to the firm. At RHC, Thys is primarily focused on underwriting, capitalizing, and overseeing development projects with a geographical emphasis on Spain and the US.

He was formerly Vice President of Development for a US-based real estate development and management firm. In this role, he oversaw the entitlement, permitting, and buildout of over €200 million in real estate assets.

Thys is a graduate of Colgate University, New York, and holds an MBA from Emory University, Georgia.
