Gary Paczosa

Gary Paczosa is a seasoned music industry professional with extensive experience in artist and repertoire (A&R). Since March 2005, Gary has served as Senior Vice President of A&R at Rounder Records, contributing to the development and management of a diverse roster of artists. Prior to this role, Gary was Vice President of A&R at Sugar Hill Records from 2007 until September 2021, where responsibilities included scouting talent and overseeing music production.
