Shola Gordon

Programme Coordinator, Freelance & Entrepreneurship at Roundhouse Trust

Shola Gordon is currently the Programme Coordinator, Freelance & Entrepreneurship at Roundhouse Trust. Prior to that, they were the Fundraising Manager at A World with Friends, where they successfully sourced and pitched a Hampshire City Council Grant of £30,000. Shola also contributed to the re-branding of the charity which enabled their to launch a new and successful social media marketing campaign. At YouTube, they interned on the FIFA World Cup Project, linking and ensuring that ticket holders are able to travel into Moscow. Shola also facilitated female empowerment workshops for Ebay and created marketing material for various charity partners. Gordon has also worked as a Learning Support Assistant and Special Needs Assistant at New Formation Education, and as a Bar Waitress at The Beaufort Pub.

Shola Gordon studied philosophy and sociology at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they obtained their BA. Shola then went on to complete a masters in sociology at the University of Manchester.

Shola Gordon works with Mariana Sastre - Street Circus Coordinator, Giulia Cubattoli - Programme Business Manager, and Jack Allett - Studios Technical Manager. Shola Gordon reports to Tina Ramdeen, Associate Director of Young People.
