Tracie Alles has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracie started their career as an Account Coordinator at AlphaGraphics in 1997. Tracie then moved on to Level 100 Communications in 1999, where they worked in Customer Service and Technical Support. Tracie joined Digital IMS in 2002 as the Director of Customer Service. In 2006, they transitioned to Firespring as a Training Coordinator, responsible for developing and implementing the Team Member Onboarding program and managing grant applications. Over the years, they took on various roles at Firespring, including Product Strategist, Interim Client Services Team Manager, and Client Support Analyst. Tracie also served as the Firespring Foundation Grants Manager and most recently worked as a Human Resources Coordinator. Throughout their career, Tracie gained experience in customer service, technical support, training coordination, product strategy, and grants management.

Tracie Alles completed their undergraduate education at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 1990 to 1993. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
