Sunil Tellis

Sunil Tellis is an experienced professional in data strategy and analysis, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Rouse Services, LLC since May 2013. In this role, Sunil focuses on the collection and organization of construction equipment data, leveraging statistics and machine learning to enhance equipment valuation, drive insights, and improve business efficiencies through automation. Prior experience includes working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from September 2009 to October 2012, where Sunil provided strategy and operations consulting across various industries, including healthcare and construction. Earlier in his career, Sunil served as a Project Engineer at John A. Martin & Associates from July 2004 to July 2007, contributing to the structural design of significant projects such as hospitals, museums, and office buildings. Sunil holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.
