Paolo Tavolato

Paolo Tavolato has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Paolo started their career as a Productivity Manager at memc electronic materials in 1994 and later became a Sales Manager at komatsu from 1998 to 2000.

Paolo then joined GE Infrastructure in 2002, where they held positions as Pricing Manager EMEA and Business Development Manager - GE Wind Energy. In these roles, Paolo worked on various projects, including integration of acquisitions, streamlining workforce, and leading Six Sigma projects.

In 2006, Paolo joined Rio Tinto Diamonds as a Business Improvement Manager, responsible for coordinating major projects globally and leading the improvement team.

From 2008 to 2010, Paolo served as the Vice President of Program Office at LM Wind Power, a portfolio company of Doughty Hanson & Co. Private Equity.

In 2011, Paolo joined TMF Group as the Global Head of Program Office and Operations. Paolo later took on the role of Head of Asia Pacific, managing a P&L of 150m€ and 2000 professionals across 14 countries. Paolo achieved significant growth in revenues and ebitda during their tenure and set the future growth strategy.

Currently, Paolo is working as the Joint COO at Rouse since 2023.

Paolo Tavolato has an MBA degree in Business from the London Business School, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed a Laurea degree in Electrical Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Padova, from 1987 to 1993. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from GE and as a Transformative Coach from Coach Masters Academy.
