Doug Groh

Doug Groh currently serves as Model Maker II at Roush since January 2024. Groh has extensive experience as a Process Engineer, primarily at Carver Nonwovens since September 2016, where responsibilities include continuous improvement and process writing for the Carding line in a Multi Fiber nonwovens system. Prior roles include Composite Technician at Prestige Advanced Incorporated and General Manager at Molded Plastic Industries Inc. Groh's work history also encompasses significant contributions at BASF Wyandotte, including the demonstration of a prepregging process with a new resin, and an extensive background in fiber composites across several organizations, including R3Composites and Gibbs Sports Amphibians.
