Raymond Gallagher

Raymond Gallagher has extensive experience in leadership and business development within the engineering and performance products sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of the Roush Performance Products Division since June 2014, Gallagher oversees a team of over 160 individuals, managing all aspects of business operations, including P&L and growth strategies. Previous roles include Advanced Business Development Manager at Roush Enterprises, where Gallagher focused on identifying market opportunities, and Venture Fellow at the University of Michigan's Zell Lurie Commercialization Fund, engaging in deal sourcing and venture capital tasks. Additional experience includes strategic marketing internships at Dow Chemical and consulting roles, as well as engineering positions at GE Oil & Gas, where Gallagher led quality initiatives and engineering projects. An educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan and advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Michigan State University.
