In their current position at Roust, Sergey serves as the Export Regional Director for the Middle East, Gulf, Balkans, Africa, and Indian Subcontinet, where Sergey focuses on developing and growing the Vodka and Wine business in existing markets, exploring new volume opportunities, and delivering brand strategy in alignment with the Company's Brand Plan. Sergey is responsible for managing annual marketing plans, marketing spends, quality forecasts, and liaising with distributors to ensure quality of service and response.
