Omer Friedman

Omer Friedman's work experience begins with their current position as Director of Technical Implementations at Routable, which they started in March 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Marqeta, Inc from 2017 to 2022, including Director of Global Customer Experience Strategy and Senior Manager of Strategic Partner Operations. At Marqeta, they led vetting reviews, created cross-functional committees, standardized programs, and managed relationships with card-issuing bank partners. Before Marqeta, Omer worked as the Director of Operations & Customer Support and Fraud Operations Manager at SmartPay Leasing from 2013 to 2017. Omer also served as a Product Manager at Tripshare in 2012 and a Research Project Manager at Acumen LLC in 2011. Omer's earliest work experience was as a Global IT Intern at Better Place in 2009 and as a Staff Sergeant/Squad Commander in the Airborne Infantry at the Israel Defense Forces from 2002 to 2005.

Omer Friedman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry & Cell Biology from UC San Diego. Omer attended the university from 2008 to 2010.
