Elise Deleon

Elise DeLeon has a diverse work experience in the events industry. Elise is currently working as an Internal Events Manager at Route since November 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded Marae Events in 2017, where they brought attention and artistry to each planned gathering, including destination weddings, fundraising galas, and corporate conferences. From 2015 to 2017, Elise worked as the Director of Events & Sales at Bluebird Event Destination Management, orchestrating corporate events and weddings with profitable results. In 2014, they briefly served as the Director of Sales & Events at Hub 801 Events. Elise has also worked as the Special Events Coordinator, Development Assistant, and Interim Development Director at Crisis Support Services of Alameda County from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they have experience as an Event Coordinator at Medical Forefronts Management Solutions from 2011 to 2013 and as an Account Manager at Allied PRA Destination Management in 2011. At Allied PRA, they developed event proposals, negotiated contracts, and managed final settlements.

Elise DeLeon pursued their education from 2005 to 2010 at San Francisco State University, where they successfully earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. During their studies, they specialized in Conventions, Meetings, & Events, with a minor in Business Administration.
