Carlos Góes has worked for several companies since 2005. Carlos started their career at Sadia as an Analista de Logística - Líder de Distribuição, where they managed an operation of delivery in the Federal District and its surroundings, Sudoeste da Bahia and TSP Tocantins with a team of 8 people and an average of 3,000 tons and 10. In 2008, they joined JBS as Coordenador de Operações in the project Venda Direta ao Consumidor, where they were responsible for a team of 24 salespeople and all related operations. In 2011, they moved to Schincariol as Gerente de Vendas e Trade in the indirect channel in the interior of Goiás. In 2012, they joined Coca-Cola Refrescos Bandeirantes as Gerente Comercial and Gerente Regional de Planejamento - Cerveja. In 2017, they joined Creme Mel Sorvetes as Business Controller, Gerente Regional de Logística and Gerente Corporativo de Operações. In 2021, they joined Oggi Sorvetes as Head de Logística. Carlos is currently working at RoutEasy as Key Account Manager | POD Leader, Key Account Sales and Enterprise Sales since 2022.

Carlos Góes completed a Mestrado em Engenharia de Produção in Supply Chain at PUC-GO. In 2014, they completed Leader Coach, Professional & Self Coach e Analista Comportamental at Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching (IBC). From 2007 to 2008, they completed a GETRAM - MBA em Logística, Transporte e Mobilidade at Exército Brasileiro / Câmara Interamericana de Transporte / FTB. From 2005 to 2005, they studied Logística at UNESP - Universidade Estadual Paulista / FATEC.
