Prior to that, Ahmed worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Summit Technology Solutions from December 2006 to June 2018. Ahmed has experience as a Project Manager and Contact Center and Unified Communication Presales. Ahmed has a degree in Communication and Electronics from Ain Shams University and excelled in their secondary school education.
